Print-On-Demand Products
Many items sold on KaribeShop are custom-made and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. These products are created specifically for each order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or color
- Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen/display differences
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damaged or defective product
Once approved, a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge.

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant-access products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on:

- Templates
- eBooks
- Printable products
- Digital planners or journals
- Courses or downloadable resources
